Acceptable Use Policy#

Effective date: June 15, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Clipkit Service. By using the Service you agree to it. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination without refund, and we may report illegal activity to authorities.

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice: remove or disable content; suspend or terminate accounts; refuse service; preserve information; and cooperate with law enforcement. Termination for AUP violations is without refund. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.

5. Reporting abuse#

Report content or conduct that violates this AUP to support@clipkit.dev. Include the URL/identifier and a description. We review reports and act as appropriate.

We respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement and terminate repeat infringers. Send notices to our designated agent:

A valid notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We will forward notices and honor valid counter-notices as provided by the DMCA.

7. Child safety (CSAM)#

CSAM is strictly prohibited. We are not obligated to monitor content, but may use automated detection tools at our discretion. If we become aware of apparent CSAM, we will remove it, report it to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, preserve information as required, and cooperate with authorities. Report suspected CSAM to support@clipkit.dev and, in emergencies, to law enforcement.

8. Changes#

We may update this AUP; the "Effective date" reflects the latest version.
